Dr. Adrian “Dre” Ricalde DC was fortunate to be one of the last graduating classes at Palmer West College of Chiropractic. He is an avid cyclist, runner and (beginning) swimmer with goals to complete an Ironman triathlon in the future. He understands the pains and experiences that the athlete goes through and experiences where “you should probably stop doing [what you love]” is not an option (unless it is an extreme case). With all the stresses and things we put our bodies through daily is like a sport, and regardless of what sport you play, Dr.Dre got your back 🤙🏽
